Installation & Replacement

When a system reaches the end of its life, we explain your options clearly and install the replacement correctly.

Signs it's time to call

  • No heat at all
  • Some rooms warm, others cold
  • Strange or new noises when the heat runs
  • The system turns on and off too often
  • Unusual smells when heating starts
  • The furnace is old and repairs are adding up

Safety comes first

Heating equipment burns fuel and moves air through your home, so it deserves careful attention. We inspect the system thoroughly and tell you honestly if something needs to be addressed. If you ever smell gas, leave the home and call your gas utility right away.

Straightforward pricing, no pressure

You get the price before the work starts. If a repair does not make sense for the age and condition of your system, we will tell you that too.

Common Questions

How often should a furnace be checked?
Once a year is typical, usually in the fall before you start using the heat. A yearly check looks at safety, airflow and the parts that wear out over time.
My heater turns on and off repeatedly. Is that normal?
Short cycling usually points to an airflow restriction, a thermostat issue, or a component that is not working correctly. It is worth having it looked at.
Some rooms are warm and others are cold. Can that be fixed?
Often yes. Uneven heating can come from duct problems, closed or blocked registers, or a system that is not balanced for the house. We check the whole system, not just the furnace.
Do you handle heating safety concerns?
Yes. If you smell gas, leave the home and call your gas utility first. For non-emergency safety concerns such as odd smells when the heat runs or a pilot that will not stay lit, call us and we will inspect the system.
